As part of our Spring topic we been learning about the parts of a river by making models of them. It was messy but we learnt a lot.
We had a special visitor today!
Christmas Jumper Day - We all looked fabulous!
We investigated how friction affected the speed of the car.
Excitement on Elf Day! Especially when our special visitors arrived!
Reading Gems Launch Day! We all dressed in our gem colours.
This week we started our new topic, 'How does electricity and magnetism work?' by investigating circuits. Just look at the fun we had learning about them! After that we learnt about electrical symbols and circuits diagrams and identified whether a circuit would work or not.
Electricians of the future!
We celebrated Diwali by acting out the story of Rama and Sita then made an Indian sweet treat.
We used oil pastels and chalk to create a sunset background for our Stonehenge silhouettes.
We created models of Stonehenge using biscuits. The different biscuits represent the different types of stone used.
This term we have been looking at the bones inside us and we drew diagrams to show what we had learnt.
