We work closely with Nottingham City Council to coordinate admissions to Springfield Academy.  If you want your child to come to this academy then you should still apply via the City Council using their online form or by asking them for a paper form for you to complete.  The link to their website is given below.

You are very welcome to come and visit us to have a look round before you make your decision - it's important that you feel that you have found the right school for your child.

Springfield has a nursery for 26 children from aged 3 and then one class in each year group up to year 6 (children aged 11 years).  If you wish to get your child into our Nursery, we hold the application form you need to complete for that and operate a waiting list which takes children as soon after reaching  their 3rd birthday as possible.  You can get an application form from the office.

In-Year Admissions
